The COVID-19 patient biopsy (basal) network.

These networks are extracted through ΔECv (edge contribution value) calculation using the basal network (http://www.ndexbio.org/#/network/116f99ca-f0fd-11ea-99da-0ac135e8bacf). "The COVID-19 patient-specific individual network (http://www.ndexbio.org/#/network/e6e86f53-f1ad-11ea-99da-0ac135e8bacf) is generated by extracting the largest connected component form these networks. The detailed methods are described in the paper. This original file is also provided as supplementary data (ECv_matrix_biopsy.txt).
