ChIP-seq of LXRalpha, H3K4me3, H4K20me1 and negative control IgG from chromatin of PMA-differentiated THP-1-derived macrophages treated with T0901317 or oxidized low density lipoprotein (ox-LDL) alone or co-treated with T0901317 and ox-LDL. Open chromatin was identified using Formaldehyde-Assisted Isolation of Regulatory Elements (FAIRE).
