Coho salmon demographic data from Auke Creek, Alaska, 1980-2019

The data include numerous aspects of Auke Creek coho demography collected primarily at the the Auke Creek weir from 1980-2019. The data were collected from fish passed over the weir during spring smolt migration and fall spawner migration each year. Information collected at the weir includes number of fish, type of type (e.g., jack or full size spawner), in addition to scales collected for later determination of run age composition used in this analysis. Additional data on adult coho capture in Southeast Alaska fisheries were obtained from ADFG. Covariates included in the analysis are average PDO, average Auke Creek stream temperature, and annual local hatchery releases. All data used in the analysis are included in the files "covariates_1980-2019.csv" and "Coho NPRB IPM inputtable_1980-2019.csv".
