Replication package: Claims-based reconstruction of the pancreatic cancer care pathway links centralization of care to survival

Replication package for the article "Claims-based reconstruction of the pancreatic cancer care pathway links centralization of care to survival" (Laubr et al.). The study used anonymized health administrative claims data from six Czech health insurance funds, which cannot be shared. The package therefore contains: R scripts that produce every data-driven table and figure of the article and Supplementary Material 1 SYNTHETIC patient-level dataset with the same structure as the analysis dataset. Its values are random and not derived from the real data. The code reproduces the analytical workflow but not the published estimates Codebook with variable and event definitions Published aggregate results in CSV How to run: open replication_package.Rproj in RStudio and run source("run_all.R"), or run "Rscript run_all.R" from the package directory (R ≥ 4.3). Code is released under the MIT License; data and documentation under CC BY 4.0.
