To assess the molecular changes induced by p53 activation in MLL-AF9 leukemia, we examined gene expression profiles of vehicle- or DS-5272-treated MLL-AF9 cells by RNA-sequence analysis. Overall design: DS-5272 was orally administered to leukemic mice 24 hours before collecting leukemia cell. Leukemia cells were sampled from bone marrow and isolated using cell sorter before RNA extraction.
