Supporting data for “3D Genome Study to Elucidate Chromosome Reorganization and Epigenetic Dysregulation in Epstein-Barr Virus-associated Nasopharyngeal Carcinoma (NPC) ”

This folder contains an assay for transposase-accessible chromatin with sequencing (ATAC-Seq) results for the supporting data of the thesis. Two normal controls, three EBV-associated NPC (EBV+NPC), and three EBV-negative NPC (EBV-NPC) were conducted. These are the processed data for the visualisation of the signal track in the IGV browser. The samples were processed by the ENCODE ATACT-Seq pipeline with filtering of adaptors and mitochondrial reads. The data quality was evaluated with high reproducibility and the sample replicates have been merged into a single file. NP69 and NP460 represent normal control, C17, C666 and NPC43 represent EBV+NPC, and NPC53, NPC38 and HK1 represent EBV-NPC.
