收藏资源简介:
This repository contains the code and data used to produce the results in the paper "Topological Persistence Predicts Dynamical Relaxation in the p-Spin Glass" (submitted to Physical Review Letters). The code implements:- Merge-tree construction from sampled local minima of the spherical p=3 spin glass- Langevin dynamics simulations to measure basin escape times- Concordance index (C-index) analysis for right-censored survival data- Temperature scan across T = 0.01, 0.05, 0.10, 0.15, 0.20 The dataset includes:- 152 minima at N=20 for each of five temperatures- Full persistence (λ) and escape time (τ) records- Six independent random seeds for statistical robustness All figures in the paper can be reproduced using the provided Python scripts.
