The Tunan Inclusive-Intelligent Integrated Computing Scheduling Platform is positioned as the infrastructure for computing power operation and the gateway for computing power traffic. Taking China Telecom Cloud as its capability foundation, it constructs a "Smart Network + Agile Cloud + Security Operation" mode and develops seven core product lines. The platform provides integrated service capabilities integrating multiple elements including cloud, network, data, AI and security. By building core capabilities such as computing power perception, scheduling, trading, orchestration and supervision, it realizes efficient inter-cloud interconnection and the aggregation of computing power from different manufacturers, regions and technical architectures. It deeply integrates high-quality models, datasets and other knowledge bases with underlying heterogeneous GPU computing power, runs through the entire life cycle of intelligent computing services, and provides users with service experiences such as one-click cloud access and cross-domain deployment. Focusing on the needs of both supply and demand sides, it promotes the implementation of cloud, big data and AI operations based on computing power, and effectively builds an inclusive and ubiquitous inclusive-intelligent integrated computing scheduling platform, enabling computing power to become a social-level service on par with water, electricity and natural gas.
