RNA-seq analysis of human CD8+ T cells treated with PBS, WT IL-10, super-10, or 10-DE. Human CD8+ T cells were MACS isolated from patient derived PBMC, and activated with anti-CD3/CD28 for three days. Cells were then cultured in the presence or absence of IL-10 variants for 24 hours.
