T. Bryosalmonae Transcriptome Assembly Fasta Files

This repository contains the intersect transcriptome of the myxozoan parasite Tetracapsuloides bryosalmonae isolated from two hosts; Bryozoan and Rainbow Trout.
The transcriptome of T. brysosalmonae was assembled separately from each host, and then all transcripts present in both assemblies (as determined by reciprocal blast) were identified to form the "Intersect transcriptome".
