DuckEnformer: Processed ATAC-seq and CUT&Tag BigWig Signal Tracks for Duck (Anas platyrhynchos)

Processed BigWig signal tracks (ATAC-seq and CUT&Tag) for duck used to train/evaluate the DuckEnformer model. Files:- DuckEnformer_bigwig_tracks.tar.gz (~30 GB): processed ATAC-seq/CUT&Tag BigWig signal tracks used for model training.- duckenformer_checkpoint_best.zip (~2.3 GB, MD5: 5e4f8e6e34944991306515493873e843): trained DuckEnformer model checkpoint (TensorFlow) used to produce the results reported in the manuscript. Unzip and place the resulting `best/` folder under `checkpoints/duck_enformer/<run_id>/` in the code repository; the matching training configuration is included in the repository at configs/duck.yaml.
