Polistes dominula differential expression analysis

This data set is part of the Polistes dominula genome project, and includes the results of the differential expression analysis described in (Standage et al., Molecular Ecology, 2016). Specifically, the iLocus sequences used as input (.fa.gz), the genomic position of each iLocus (.gff3.gz), the raw results of the differential expression calls (EBSeq output, -all.tsv), and a table of the significant (FDR < 0.05) calls are provided (-sig05.tsv).
