资源简介:
The article is demvoted to the study, development, and identification of Lespedeza capitata's main advantages in terms of its attractiveness in nephrological practice. This study aimedto develop and evaluate the therapeutic potential of Lespedeza capitata in chronic kidney disease, analyse its components, determine their mechanisms of action, and assess the prospects for clinical use.Materials and methods. For the development and standardisation of the herbal preparation Libera, the process of fractionation, extraction and purification of polyphenolic compounds, the identity of compounds, and verification of compliance with the requirements of TU U 10.8.-38639061-002:2015 "Dietary supplements based on plant extracts. Technical specifications". In developing this herbal medicine, a powdered plant extract of the stem and leaves of Lespedeza capitata, obtained from high-quality plant materials, was used. Results and discussion. The phytopreparation Libera we developed contains the main biologically active substances of Lespedeza capitata, namely flavonoids, catechins, tannins, and proanthocyanidins. This has a comprehensive effect on kidney function. The study showed that a herbal remedy based on Lespedeza capitata increases diuresis, eliminates edema, reduces azotemia and albuminuria, increases sodium and, to some extent, potassium excretion, improves renal filtration, and promotes nitrogen excretion in the urine. 202The benefits of the herbal product Libera include normalisation of glomerular capillary permeability and a mild diuretic effect, which, unlike synthetic diuretics, prevents significant electrolyte loss. These effects are now believed to potentiate the effect of renin-angiotensin system inhibitors, which form the basis of kidney protection. In addition, lespedeza flavonoids improve protein and energy metabolism. Correction of protein metabolism has a renoprotective effect and slows the progression of chronic kidney disease while maintaining normal excretory function. Conclusion. Lespedeza capitata is a promising remedy for chronic kidney disease due to its complex effect on kidney tissue and metabolic processes. The prospects for its use in medical practice open up new opportunities for improving patients' quality of life and reducing treatment costs.
