A large group of conductors in their uniforms are lined up in ascending rows, in front of a brick building. At the front is a middle aged woman sitting next to a man in a suit with a bowler hat. All conductors are wearing uniforms with their conductor hats. Some men have moustaches. The photograph is peeling away from the board at the bottom right, minor edge rubbing and surface soiling, minor pest damage to the reverse, but is generally in good condition.
