To trace the long-term developmental process of the spinal cord at the tissue level, we collected whole spinal cords from embryonic day 9 (E9d) when neurula forms according to Witschi rat stages until postnatal 12 weeks (P12w). Samples from a total of 12 time points (E9d, E11d, E14d, E18d, P1d, P3d, P1w, P2w, P3w, P4w, P8w, and P12w) were collected to investigate the dynamic transcription of comprehensive RNAs.
