hPGCdb

hPGCdb includes high-throughput multi-omics data of hESCs, iMeLCs, hPGCLCs from day 1 to day 8, hPGCLCs aggregated with gonadal somatic cells termed as xenogeneic reconstituted hPGCLCs (xr-hPGCLCs), and in vivo hPGCs from different ages of human embryos.
hPGCdb provides six online-analysis modules for total 581RNA-seq, 54 ATAC-seq, 69 scRNA-seq, and 45 ChIP-seq samples.

hPGC数据库（hPGCdb）收录了人类胚胎干细胞（human embryonic stem cells, hESCs）、诱导性中内胚层样细胞（induced mesendoderm-like cells, iMeLCs）、第1天至第8天的人类原始生殖细胞样细胞（human primordial germ cell-like cells, hPGCLCs）、与性腺体细胞共聚集得到的异种重构人类原始生殖细胞样细胞（xr-hPGCLCs），以及不同胎龄人类胚胎来源的体内人类原始生殖细胞（human primordial germ cells, hPGCs）的高通量多组学数据。
该数据库共涵盖581个RNA测序（RNA-seq）样本、54个转座酶可及性测序（assay for transposase-accessible chromatin sequencing, ATAC-seq）样本、69个单细胞RNA测序（single-cell RNA sequencing, scRNA-seq）样本以及45个染色质免疫共沉淀测序（chromatin immunoprecipitation sequencing, ChIP-seq）样本，并提供六个在线分析模块。
