Score MAMÁ — Impact on Obstetric Complications and Maternal Mortality in Ecuador, 2012–2024
收藏资源简介:
This dataset contains the aggregated administrative panels underlying an interrupted time series (ITS) evaluation of the national-level impact of Score MAMÁ — Ecuador's obstetric early-warning and rapid-response protocol, piloted in August 2015 (SENPLADES Zones 4/9) and rolled out nationally in January 2016 — on hypertensive (Blue Code), hemorrhagic (Red Code), and septic (Yellow Code) obstetric complications, and on maternal mortality, 2012–2024. The data are derived from three Ecuadorian National Institute of Statistics and Census (INEC) administrative registries: the Live Birth Statistics registry (ENV-INEC, denominator), Hospital Discharge records (EDG-INEC, complications numerator), and General Mortality Statistics (EDG-INEC, mortality numerator). Individual-level source microdata are not included here; INEC's public-use microdata are available at https://www.ecuadorencifras.gob.ec/institucional/home/, subject to INEC's terms of use. The files in this deposit are the aggregated, de-identified analytic panels actually used to fit the models reported in the associated manuscript.
