Yeast CAGE dataset of two cell types. Saccharomyces cerevisiae strain:FY23 and FY24

The budding yeast Saccharomyces cerevisiae, an excellent model organism for studies on chromatin regulation, has two cell types MATa and MATalpha. Transcription start sites of this organism have been identified by several genome-wide studies. However, genome-wide analysis of TSS in strains of different cell types has yet to be done. This dataset provides information on CAGE detected TSS of two yeast strains FY23 (MATa) and FY24 (MATalpha).
