DNA methylation profiles for Sister Study duplicate samples

Genome-wide DNA methylation profiling of blood duplicate samples (n=128) From Sister Study were used to evaluate how concordance between duplicates were improved at sample level by various methylation preprocessing pipelines Bisulphite-converted DNA from the 256 samples (128 duplicate pairs) were hybridized to the Illumina Infinium 450k Human Methylation Beadchip v1. These DNA samples were randomly distributed along with other ~3000 blood sample on plates and arrays. The two duplicates of a sample were always bisulfite-converted on different plates and assayed on different arrays
