Dataset on LC-MS analysis of Selaginella bryopteris from various geolocations in India

This data set gives a detailed analysis of the methanolic extract of Selaginella bryopteris from three different geolocations of India, Karnataka (UK-M), Maharashtra (UM-M) and Tamil Nadu (UT-M). The samples were analysed in both the positive and negative phases of ionization, reported as NEG (negative phase of ionization) and POS (positive phase of ionization).
