This project aimed to investigate genome-wide expression variation associated with resistance against the Qo inhibitor acequinocyl via differential gene expression analysis. The FP9 strain showing high levels of resistance against acequinocyl and bifenazate was used with or without continuous acequinocyl exposure (FP9ace and FP9unexp, respectively). The laboratory strain Londen (LON) was used as a general reference strain.
