Genomic data of Dryas drummondii

Dryas drummondii (D. drummondii) is a nodulating species belonging to the Rosales order. It is nodulated by Frankia bacteria. DNA was collected from leaves of different plants grown in the greenhouse. We sequenced the genome to a depth of approximately 777X.
The assembled scaffolds of high quality sequences total 233MB, with the contig and scaffold N50 values of 35kb and 979kb respectively. We identified 25,030 protein-coding genes with a mean length of 1.350kb.

德雷蒙德仙女木（Dryas drummondii，缩写为D. drummondii）是一种结瘤型物种，隶属于蔷薇目（Rosales），可被弗兰克氏菌（Frankia）侵染结瘤。实验材料的DNA提取自温室栽培的不同植株的叶片组织。我们对该基因组进行了约777倍覆盖度的测序。
经组装得到的高质量序列支架总长度达233MB，其重叠群（contig）N50与支架（scaffold）N50分别为35kb与979kb。我们共鉴定得到25030个蛋白质编码基因，其平均长度为1.350kb。
