Random DNA barcode could identified the functional atributes in immunophenotypic HSC fraction. Combined scRNA-seq with tracing random DNA-barcode could identifed specific molecular signature of the theses functional atributes. Overall design: HSCs were transduced random DNA barcode and transplantaed to lethal-irradiated mice. BM immunophenotypic HSCs were isolated by FACS 20 weeks after transplantation and analyzed using scRNA-seq.
