Data and code: When does the vadose zone control watershed PFAS delivery to groundwater? (vadose end-members)

Reproducibility archive for the manuscript (under review, Journal of Contaminant Hydrology): coupled MODFLOW 6 UZF/UZT + SWAT+ vadose-zone PFAS transport across three end-members (Wurtsmith AFB, MI ~3.5 m; Gabreski ANGB, NY 10-12 m; Rogue, MI 31 m). Contains well-level groundwater PFAS datasets deterministically extracted from public agency reports (Wurtsmith: 35 wells / 4,275 observations + 171 depth-discrete VAS; Gabreski: 25 wells; 269 USGS depth-to-water), the report-to-wells parser, the MODFLOW 6 build/validation scripts, and the Rogue travel-time / sensitivity code.
