Patients with Inflammatory Bowel Disease Show IgG Immune Responses Towards Disease-Associated Small Intestinal Bacteria

In order to identify the bacterial groups that are IgG coated in patients and in volunteers we performed enrichment of IgG coated bacteria using MACS with a biotin labeled anti-human IgG antibody. Here we deposit the 16S rRNA-gene sequencing data of fecal samples of IBD patients and healthy volunteers, and samples of feces enriched for IgG coated bacteria.
