This item contains all supplementary tables (S0 to S25) and study-generated data tables (D1 to D57) referenced in <i>Clinical utility of foundation models in musculoskeletal MRI for biomarker fidelity and predictive outcomes</i>. Supplementary tables provide dataset summaries, segmentation benchmarks, statistical tests, mixed-effects modeling outputs, biomarker agreement metrics, AutoLabel evaluation, and downstream triage and longitudinal outcome modeling results. Data tables provide per-subject and per-slice segmentation scores, biomarker measurements, mixed-effects model inputs/outputs, MRI acquisition parameters, and failure-case (low-percentile) Dice summaries (D55 to D57).
