Pseudogymnoascus destructans MiSeq Run

Submission of Illumina paired-end sequencing reads alongside the AEM manuscript titled "Phenotypic divergence along geographic gradients reveals potential for rapid adaptation of the White-nose Syndrome pathogen, Pseudogymnoascus destructans, in North America". Two phenotypically divergent P. destructans strains and a strain from the epicenter of the WNS outbreak were sequenced. Our analyses revealed evidence of adaptation along geographic gradients during its expansion. Whole-genome sequencing provided genetic context for phenotypic variations in growth, reproduction, and dispersal of P. destructans.
