Data for the study of the impact of the production of Colombian Certified Coffee on water

The data of 461 certified and non-certified coffee farms are presented with the values of the water quality indices according to the farm's domestic wastewater treatment system, the coffee processing system, and the management of the by-products of the wet milling process.
