This dataset was generated during the performance of safety supervision duties for urban lifeline infrastructure, covering basic data related to special gas safety across the entire prefecture. It is mainly applied in real-time monitoring, monitoring-triggered alarms, alarm handling and alarm elimination scenarios, etc. It enables a fundamental transformation of the safety operation and management of urban infrastructure: shifting from invisibility to visibility, from post-incident investigation and disposal to pre-incident and in-progress early warning, and from passive response to active prevention and control, thereby comprehensively enhancing urban safety resilience.
