It is mainly applied in real-time monitoring, monitoring-triggered alarms, alarm handling and alarm elimination scenarios, etc. It enables a fundamental transformation of the safety operation and management of urban infrastructure: shifting from invisibility to visibility, from post-incident investigation and disposal to pre-incident and in-progress early warning, and from passive response to active prevention and control, thereby comprehensively enhancing urban safety resilience.
