Comparison of OTUs and ASVs using V3, V4 and V3-V4 regions for profiling Litopenaeus vannamei microbiota

The study evaluates differences in the gut and hepatopancreas microbiota diversity in Litopenaeus vannamei that are dependent on the type of method used to construct 16S clusters, using OTUs and ASVs and regions V3, V4 and V3-V4.
