Each row contains chamber, experiment, time point, three budding-angle measurements (one per drop/sample), and OD600 replicate values where present in the original sheet. 2. budding_angles_long.csv Analysis-ready long-format table with one budding-angle measurement per row. Columns include experiment, chamber, time point, drop ID, cell index within each experiment/chamber/time group, angle in degrees, and the field condition inferred from the manuscript experimental design. 3. growth_OD600_long.csv Long-format OD600 growth measurements. Columns include experiment, chamber, time point, replicate number, OD600 value, and field condition inferred from the manuscript experimental design. 4. magnetic_field_settings.csv Magnetic-field exposure settings corresponding to the manuscript table: total flux density, X/Y/Z components, horizontal component, inclination, light condition and field-condition label. 5. This output reports a GLIMMIX model with binary response Zarovnani2, 3,600 observations, and a significant effect of rotace_horiz_sl.
