2016年新疆额敏河鱼类资源调查数据集

本项目鱼类资源调查课题组于2016年10月至2016年11月，对新疆维吾尔自治区额敏河水系开展了鱼类资源调查工作，采集了额敏河干流、两条主要支流共4个采样点的鱼类种类组成，重要鱼类的主要形态学参数等鱼类解剖数据；该数据集以年为单元分列1个子文件夹，考虑到该水系的连通性河流域面积，各采样点未单列文件夹，以周年采集到每种鱼为单元列表格，共收集数据1456条；数据集以实地现场采集为主，包括主要指标的测量、测算，并采用完全开放共享。

The Fish Resource Survey Research Group carried out a fish resource investigation on the Emin River system in the Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region from October to November 2016. During the survey, anatomical data of fish were collected, including the species composition of fish at 4 sampling sites (the main stem of the Emin River and its two major tributaries) and the main morphological parameters of important fish species. This dataset is organized into 1 sub-folder by year. Given the connectivity and basin scale of this river system, no separate sub-folders are created for each sampling site. Instead, tables are established for each fish species collected throughout the survey year, with a total of 1456 data records obtained. The dataset is primarily based on on-site field collection, including measurement and calculation of core indicators, and is fully and openly shared.
