Genome-wide distribution of Spindlin1 and C11orf84

Spindlin1 is a unique multivalent epigenetic reader that facilitates ribosomal RNA transcription. In this study, we first identified that C11orf84 is a Spindlin1 bona fide binding partner. We performed ChIP-seq in U2OS cells to examine the genome-wide distribution of Spindlin1 and C11orf84. The ChIP-seq data indicates there is approximately 90% overlap in Spindlin1 and C11orf84 target genes. Overall design: Examination of the genome-wide distribution of Spindlin1 and C11orf84 in U2OS.
