Field-Acquired Shangri-La LiDAR Point-Cloud Dataset for Wood-Leaf Separation and Individual-Tree Segmentation

This dataset contains field-acquired LiDAR point-cloud data and manually annotated reference labels from the Shangri-La alpine forest study area in southwestern China. The dataset was prepared to support the evaluation of wood-leaf separation and individual-tree segmentation methods in structurally complex natural forest stands. It includes plot-level point-cloud data and associated reference information used in the manuscript entitled “Integrated Individual-Tree Segmentation for Dense Natural Forests via Stand-Scale Wood-Leaf Separation and Skeleton Extraction”.
