Simulated data from "RIDDLE: Ultra-scalable regular phylogenetic network inference with graph neural networks"

This is the data deposit for "RIDDLE: Ultra-scalable regular phylogenetic network inference with graph neuralnetworks". The code is at https://github.com/nsapoval/RIDDLE. It holds the two trained checkpoints and every simulated dataset the paper's benchmarks were run on. Each datasethas three parts:- the true networks (or species trees);- the true gene trees, simulated under the network multispecies coalescent;- the estimated gene trees, re-inferred by IQ-TREE from AliSim alignments. Top level README file contains the details of the directory and data layout, and licensing and citation information.
