This data consists of 5720 records derived from 21 tows covering 28.194 km at 4.93m resolution, over a depth range of .0 to .0 meters. Classification of the benthos and substrate was based on 17 benthic classes and 6 substrate classes.\n\nSummary of the primary benthic categories recorded\nGorgonians 24.46%\nMacroalgae 38.22%\nMacroalgae and Gorgonians 0.89%\nNoBenthos 36.43%\n\n\nSummary of substrates recorded\nBedrock 0.37%\nBedrockReef 31.12%\nRock 3.81%\nRubble 8.74%\nSand 7.29%\nSandCoarse 16.68%\nSandWaves 15.31%\nSilt 11.68%\nStone 5.00%\n\nA custom interface has been developed by AIMS staff for reading Towed Video tapes.
