Mouse hippocampal electrophysiology during spatial working memory and consummatory behavior.

This dataset contains large-scale neural recordings supporting the manuscript: Dual theta-SWR states of hippocampal consummatory reward ensembles during two stages of spatial working memory. This dataset contains mouse hippocampal dorsal CA1 electrophysiology and behavioral data acquired during delayed non-match-to-place (DNMP), open-field, and related foraging experiments. Data include MATLAB source code, sorted spike times (using MountainSort4), LFP, position tracking, trial intervals, consummatory and other behavioral event annotations.
