资源简介:
We performed genome-wide DNA methylation assays on >850,000 CpG sites using biobanked DNA from 535 African-American, 713 Latino, and 1,239 white individuals aged 50+ from the National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey, 1999-2002.This research was granted an exception to the NIH Genomic Data Sharing (GDS) policy. Data can be accessed via the procedures described below: Following completion of a quality control review for the DNA methylation data produced by this study, the National Center for Health Statistics (NCHS) at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) will first make the data available to our research team (for a period of six months) and then to the public for secondary data analysis. Data produced using stored DNA samples from the National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey (NHANES) are restricted. Researchers wishing to use the test results must submit a proposal to NCHS (see https://www.cdc.gov/rdc/ for more information). These proposals will be reviewed by a Genetics Technical Panel, the Secondary Review Panel, and the CDC/NCHS Ethics Review Board (ERB). Access modes for all users of restricted NHANES data include on-site analysis at a Research Data Center (RDC) location in Hyattsville, MD, Atlanta, GA, or Washington, DC; remote access; and staff-assisted analysis.
