The aim of the project is to study transcriptional reprogramming downstream of NLR activation (for Sensors, Singletons and Helpers). In this experiment, 4-week old wild-type N. benthamiana plants were infiltrated with Agrobacteria GV3101 carrying wild-type and autoactive DV mutant constructs of NbRoq1 (an NLR helper) and total RNA was harvested 48 h post infiltration for Illumina RNA-seq sequencing.
