Genome project of Pseudogemmobacter bohemicus Cd-10 - type strain of the newly proposed genus and species within the Rhodobacteraceae family. The Cd-10 strain - a creamy white to beige, aerobic, non-motile, ovoid-to-rod-shaped, Gram-negative bacteria - was isolated from heavy metal-contaminated sludge from decantation basin of heavy metal-processing factory (Příbram, Bohemia, Czech Republic, sampling date June 3rd 2013).
