Opioid Drug Knowledge Graph (ODKG)

This dataset implements hierarchical classification for opioids, covering active ingredients, formulations, combinations, and brand names extracted from ATC and RxNorm terminologies. Additionally, the ODKG tool facilitates querying and abstracting distinct drug strings, and can generate aggregated statistical data on opioid prescriptions across various regions of the United States. This dataset contains 425,059 unique drug strings, among which 288,983 are mapped to CUIs (Clinical Term Unified Identifiers) and 374,208 are mapped to RxCUIs (RxNorm Concept Unique Identifiers). The core task of this dataset is to standardize drug strings in clinical data and summarize trends in opioid prescriptions.
