Proteinuria in G2/G2 mice (raw data) treated with lisinopril and untreated

Lisinopril was tested in G2/G2 mice. Because of the more severe disease presentation in G2/G2 mice required termination of the experiment on day 21. Mice exhibiting proteinuria were randomized into either treatment (n=12) or control groups (n=11) on day 7 post-injection. One mouse in the control group died on day 20. Analysis of ACE activity in terminal serum samples confirmed complete suppression of ACE activity in lisinopril-treated G2/G2 mice.
