Metagenomic analysis of the fungal diversity in two urban green areas in Warsaw (Poland)

The study aimed to compare fungal diversity between two green areas in Warsaw (Poland), i.e. Skaryszewski Park and Bielanski Forest and investigate the impact of human interference in the ecosystem in these urban spaces.
