Comparative analysis of gene expression of cell lines DU145 andLNCaP grown under standard and glutamine deprived condition

By employing a global gene expression profiling, we performed analysis of the molecular pathways which are deregulated in prostate cancer cell lines DU145 and LNCaP grown under standard and glutamine deprived condition. Both oriignal cell lines and their radioresistant derivatives DU145-RR and LNCaP-RR were analyzed Standard and glutamine deprived culture were compared, both for original cell lines and for their radioresistant derivative sub lines DU145-RR and LNCaP-RR. Each of 8 samples has been prepared in 3 repeats, however repeat 2 was excluded at the stage of data analysis due to major inconsistency across all 8 samples. Presumably there was some technical problem with that repeat, therefore only repeats 1 and 3 were used for analysis as well as for this submission
