Territory at significant flood risk (TRI) of Maconnais
收藏资源简介:
This dataset corresponds to Mâcon's Significant Flood Risk Territory (TRI) - version 2 (2020 vintage). The data have been compiled in accordance with the Flood Directive v2 standard: it is mainly an update of the 2013 reporting data. The dataset shall consist of: \- management zoning; \- zoning of flood-prone areas; \- zoning of water heights; \- the various challenges facing the territory; etc. The standard explaining the structure of the data is available below: Standard COVADIS DI v2 https://files.georisques.fr/di_2020/COVADIS_standard_DI_v2.1.pdf The European Directive 2007/60/EC of 23 October 2007 on the assessment and management of flood risks (OJ L 288, 06-11-2007, p.27) influences the flood prevention strategy in Europe. It requires the production of a flood risk management plan that aims to reduce the negative consequences of floods on human health, the environment, cultural heritage and economic activity. The objectives and requirements for implementation are given by the Law of 12 July 2010 on the National Commitment for the Environment (LENE) and the Decree of 2 March 2011. In this context, the primary objective of mapping flood surfaces and flood risks for IRRs is to contribute, by homogenizing and objectifying knowledge of the exposure of issues to floods, to the development of flood risk management plans (FRMPs). This data set is used to produce flood area maps and the flood risk map that represent flood hazards and exposed issues, respectively, at an appropriate scale. Their objective is to provide quantitative elements to assess more accurately the vulnerability of a territory for the three levels of flood probability (strong, medium, low).
