This dataset contains the original experimental data from the research paper "Lactobacillus paracasei ZFM 54-derived indole-3-acetic acid attenuates ulcerative colitis through inhibiting inflammation and restoring intestinal barrier function via the AHR/IL-17/NF-κB axis". It includes the non-targeted metabolomics data of ZFM54 regulating extracellular metabolites in Caco-2 cells, as well as the transcriptional data of colon tissues in IAA-intervened UC mice induced by DSS.
