Hellenistic-Roman bioarchaeological physiological stress data - MetaMobility project

This database covers the bioarchaeological data we could extract on Hellenistic-Roman period physiological stress markers in the Central and Eastern Mediterranean and Middle East. Specifically, it covers cases of cribra orbitalia, porotic hyperostosis, enamel hypoplasia and periostitis. The database was created as part of the MetaMobility project (EXCELLENCE/0421/0376), which is implemented under the programme of social cohesion “THALIA 2021-2027” cofunded by the European Union, through the Research and Innovation Foundation.
