Here, our study found that CHES1 maintained the proliferation and metastasis of triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC) in vitro and in vivo. The human TNBC MDA-MB-231 and BT549 with stably knockdown of CHES1 with lentivirus infection and control were constructed, and then subjected to gene-expression profiling with RNA-sequencing (RNA-seq) followed by pathways analysis to reveal the transcriptional processes and genes associated with CHES1.
