RNA-seq raw data of K407 vs L1 mutant for article "The null mutant of BnaA01.AP2 via CRISPR/Cas9-mediated gene editing exhibits enhanced seed oil yield in Brassica napus L."

Developing seeds were selected at 28 days after pollination (DAP) from L1 plants for RNA-seq analysis to investigate the potential downstream targets of BnaA01.AP2, with ‘K407’ as control. The developing seeds at 28 DAP from at least 10 individual plants of each line were used for the RNA-seq experiment. Three independent biological replicates for each line were conducted by BGI Genomics (Shenzhen, China) following the standard protocol (http://bgitechsolutions.com/sequencing/45). Paired-end sequencing was performed on the BGISEQ-500 platform.
