2021 Pacific Northwest heatwave storyline analysis with NeuralGCM

This is the code and simulation results for our storyline analysis on 2021 Pacific Northwest heatwave using NeuralGCM and E3SM. NeuralHeatWave-main.zip: code to run NeuralGCM in both hindcast and PGW settings.
